Look, to prove I'm not in either "camp" but in my own "would like to make money" camp, I disagree with 2da on this. 31.50 is not a waste of money for info when I'm sure you have considerably more than that invested. Cancer Cell is a fantastic journal and has a high impact factor (that is how we in science often determine the "worth" of a journal). That being said, results in these high profile journals still need to be taken with a grain of salt. I've been in the cancer research field for a long time, and the amount of data that come out in these journals that can not be reproduced, or are just flat out wrong, would shock you.
