One thing if it's an established company with real sales, money and full disclosures - another with no sales, borrowing from manipulative PIPEs and being on the inside knowing things the rest of the shareholders don't while probably getting antsy waiting for that 6 moth lock-up to expire so he could dump - about half. Appearances of a CFO in a penny stock mean a lot, and when you dump when he did, credibility gets dumped along with it.
