You still don't get it. He had to disgorge those funds back to the company BY LAW. He didn't do so because of the way "others felt" or out of the goodness of his heart or for any reason other than to comply with securities regulations.....regulations that he should have been aware of prior to entering into the violative transaction. I made no judgment regarding a conflict of interest, merely providing the facts which were, and appear still to be, misunderstood.

Your post certainly didn't suggest that or I would not have felt a need to provide the link to the company's statement.

You quoted a previous poster who said "The word is NNVC is going to buy Diwan's lab (most of which was built on sale of NNVC stock selling on open market lowering NNVC's value by 50%)."
And then responded to them, saying:
"Where did you hear the word? All news to me."

If you weren't saying that you weren't aware that NNVC was going to buy Diwan's lab, then just what was "All news to me"?
