A/S or "available shares" will remain at 10 B until the BOD passes a resolution to amend the Articles of Incorporation accordingly. The O/S count or "issued and outstanding shares" is the share count that has been increasing exponentially. Since BRZG has now been diluted to the point of "no bid" the last couple of weeks, the issuance of new shares has been slightly hobbled by a weak volume condition.

My guess is about 200-300 M new shares have been issued since the 1.6 B count as of 7/19.
