The resignation of the President of a Public Company is absolutely a material fact. The resignation of a member of the Board is a material fact.

Since Ben Ward has resigned (in May) who is the new President of Sarissa? Let's see - half of May, June, most of July- an oversight I am sure !!!!!

Did Lucas forget to mention this fact to the various people he apparently speaks with? These people must feel a little upset!

And some people on this Board get critiqued for being negative!!
