I specifically asked Etrade a couple years ago if they could short my shares. I was told in a matter of fact way, they could not.
Now, after I post evidence of my buys, purchased on the ask price of $0.0002, being marked short on a public FINRA file, you're saying I am wrong?
Etrade is a member of FINRA. Why would they lie to me over the phone? SEC Rule 200 or not; it's clear HESG has a problem and it's mostly due to the authenticity of the share structure and volume traded since 2009.
