CFGX CEO update!
Dear Shareholders:
I met with the principal of Noble Metal Kings and his attorney this morning and we were able to talk through all of the remaining issues regarding our gold ore concentrates off-take agreement. The attorney is drafting the final docs that reflect the content of this morning’s discussions, as we speak.
I hope to have an executable version in my possession before close of business today (Mountain Time). If I can get them in my hands today, I will execute them and circulate them, and issue a press release in the morning. If I get them tomorrow, then it’s press the following morning.
