July 1 PR: Dr. Diwan also reported that the Company is successfully scaling up production of NV-INF-1 for the GLP Safety/Toxicology study at its current facilities.

May 5th Release: The Company has already successfully scaled up the synthesis to multi-gram scale, sufficient for animal testing, and can easily scale the processes to make kilogram quantities for widespread application in human patients if they are found to be effective and safe (in reference to MERS)

to which BK replied on topic: The statement could only be seen as misleading if one believes NNVC hasn't already scaled production up from gram to kilogram, and one does not understand that if the scale-up works for one nanoviricide then scale-up works for all nanoviricides.


Seymour email on July 20th: We had additional demands on the production lab based on new contracts for such viruses as dengue, MERS, H7N9 and herpes Otherwise, we would have hit our Q2 goals.

and in same email thread:

Seymour: Materials for large scale Tox will be produced at our existing facility.

Seems pretty sure that scale up has been completed (though I NEVER thought it was true and have said so on many occasions. Happy to forward the links if you would find them useful).
