This bill would kill CBD from industrial hemp

If oil from marijuana strains like Charlotte's web were to be federally legalized, this would destroy CannaVest's (and MJNA's) RSHO business, because the CBD content of CWeb is so much higher than that of industrial hemp (15% v. 3%).

The cost of CBD from CWeb is one sixth that of CBD from industrial hemp, due to all the extraction and processing required to take hemp oil that's 3% CBD and take it to 15% CBD.
