Sounds like he has accumulated a large number of shares. So have others IMO.

How many times anyone flips depends on the market. Today was not a day to flip. Needs more volume and a bigger channel. Of course the downside of selling into the bid is when a catalyst occurs, whoever gets caught trying to drop the PPS will lose their shares and have to chase.

Not for me.
