Didn't Hollis just raised the A/S few weeks ago. I think someone posted last week that they called the TA and they said it was maxed out. Anyone know for sure? Is the shareholders getting out or Hollis diluting? Any thoughts?

(Not happy seeing VFIN on ask at .0009)
