7 years under Scott's leadership and he can't get NI Compliant. The 58 year old report can't be verified by today's current reporting standards. All we have are misleading PRs that Scott has failed at achieving time and time again with no follow up on his numerous failures. Here are just a few oldie but goodies:

4. Financing agreement with the SOE - FAIL

5. Other Financial Suitors - FAIL

What do all of these 8 items have in common.....Scott failed to update shareholders on these failed pinkie PRs. Come on Scott....why are you so inept??!!

But hey, it is the shorts fault over the last seven years of failures??!!! LOL!!!! Funny stuff!!
