There has been a lot of heavy trading in DDCC so far this year. I am sure there are investors who have accumulated large positions waiting for the commercial contracts to begin. From today's company news that time may be very soon now. The oil/gas industry needs a lot of the products DDCC is set up to supply and they need them on a regular basis.
