Been Thinking!!!!

There was a few post about QCOM buying IDCC. I got to thinking

I don't think QCOM could ever buy IDCC. Could they use IDCC

hell yes, but they would in turn have a complete monopoly for

sure.

IDCC I think will be able to monotize all G's and LTE and

M2M, and maybe compression. I don't think QCOM could

improve their position even though they would have a much

stronger patent portfolio, but it would most likely qualify

for monopoly status. Hence QCOM can't afford to buy IDCC.
