yman, some time between now and Nov 1 IMO. The filing is due Sept 30 and most likely they will file late on Oct 15. Also, good point on the Metwood influence and the lack of PRs. I hope that's why and not just because Ali realized he can't manipulate the pps anymore with baseless PRs.
