Since MW never authorized Ol' Joe to write checks or pay invoices, I'd say he had no responsibility at all. This default, like all the others defaults and legal judgments against IFUS are 100% the fault of MW (the Duke of Bag Holders, RW (the Canadian Queen of Preferred Shares), the Canadian Queen's son and Emas (the SEC banned attorney).

The big question is ... Did IFUS ever pay a single bill or invoice? Is there anyone they dealt with that they did not stiff? (Other than Arabie Trucking, no reason for MW to stiff himself, eh?)
