Mr. Ward has served Joshua Gold Resources Inc. on the Company’s Board of Directors since June 4, 2010, and from December 23, 2010 through June 27, 2011, Mr. Ward served as the Company’s CFO and Treasurer. From June 2011 to present - Mr. Ward has served as President, CEO and Director of Joshua Gold Resources Inc. a position that he still holds. Mr. Ward was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sarissa Resources (OTCPK: SRSR) on September 19, 2013 and was also appointed as a Director of the Company at that time. Mr. Ward resigned his position as COO and as a Director of Sarissa Resources on May 12, 2014
