Is that how it works? "Chatter" and then "boom".

With all the chatter over the last months and years the stock should be trading for well over $100 a share. In 8 years I can't remember a time when there WASN'T chatter about the next run higher. Amazing with all that chatter the stock is at a 52 week low. Maybe it takes more than a 52 week low and a low float? Oh ya, and a lot of chatter. LOL That's about a surefire formula as it can get. Doesn't it also take a lot of buyers and not just chatter? We are over half way through the trading day and nobody had bought as share at the ask in 4 hrs. A lot more chatting than buying,
