This is not a prediction, but if I were PAR that is what I would do.

Especially with what Zerbe revealed last week in terms of being executionally incompetent. Not only do you never send anything to the FDA you know is not air tight, but no company even thinks about going to market without having not just one - but two reliable sources for everything you need to support production of the product. These bozos didn't even make sure they had one secure source for a key raw material - then Zerbe had the never to blame the supplier during last weeks call (beyond unbelievable).

That kind of gross incompetence on the executional side of the business would scare the crap out of me if I was PAR management. I would be very concerned right now knowing I had to rely on these guys to get me quality product on time, and in the quantities I need.
