Feb 2014 @.0334 Has anyone noticed that the SHARE STRUCTURE is EXACTLY THE SAME as it was in Feb. when we ran to .0334?

There is NO TOXIC FINANCING, NO CONVERTIBLE DEBT, NO DILUTION OF SHAREHOLDER EQUITY, NO SHARES HAVE BEEN ISSUED INTO THE FREE TRADING FLOAT SINCE FEB. 2014 SINCE .0334 TO BRING THE SHARE PRICE DOWN???

So what is it then? If the Share Structure is EXACTLY THE SAME, And Dewmar is Actually Doing BETTER THAN THEY WERE IN FEB. Then WHY is the Share Price down in the .002's from the .02's?

It's Very Simple, There has been a Massive Scare Campaign since then to scare Longs away. There has been Massive Short Selling.

There "ALREADY WAS A MASSIVE NAKED/COUNTERFEIT SHORT POSITION ON DEWM" From an Offshore Hedge Fund that used a Broker/Dealer in Berlin as it's SOURCE OF BORROWED SHARES (When they Had NO Stock to Begin With).

We have "TWO SHORT POSITIONS ON DEWM" One is Retail, which began on Feb. 10th with "SHORTHISPIG", Who started shorting at 004/005, and then again in the .02's this is a Legit short position.

Then we have the Massive NAKED/COUNTERFEIT SHORT POSITION, which began in Feb. 2013 when DEWM was first listed on the BBSE (Berlin-Bremen stock exchange). Which NAKED SHORTED DEWM TO THE TUNE OF OVER 373 MILLION SHARES, A NUMBER TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THE SEC SHORT-FAIL ARCHIVES!

DEWM Launched an Investigation into the Possible Manipulation of it's stock back in April, and I KNOW THEY FOUND EVIDENCE OF MANIPULATION, NAKED SHORT SELLING, ECT.ECT.

We don't know yet if the SEC & DTC are involved? But I do know this much, Dewmar has some HUGE Things Coming to release to it's Shareholders & the Public, and if a CUSIP Change is Performed, it is going to be VERY INTERESTING TO SEE HOW THE "SHORT SQUEEZE" THAT WILL FOLLOW, WILL PLAY OUT?

And then you have the Retail Shorts that have yet to Cover in my opinion.

BOTTOM-LINE, THE SHARE STRUCTURE IS THE SAME AS IT WAS IN FEB. WHEN DEWM WAS TRADING AT .0334 and other than LATE FILINGS, DEWM has some Very Big Things going on that they have yet to release.

There is a BOUNCE COMING TO DEWM! I believe the next BOUNCE will be BIGGER Than the one in Feb. of this year, IN MY OPINION!
