I have a responsibility to myself to secure any investment I may have - whether it be Sarissa or anything else. Any comments that I may ask / make towards Sarissa, at this point, are well deserved.
Do you not believe that a President, a CEO, CFO (any executive officer) has a fuduciary duty to act responsibly in their dealings with the Company that they are involved with? Do the shareholders, who have invested cash in that enterprise, not deserve the opportunity to ensure that the Management of said Company have the best interests of the shareholder in mind?
Just a couple of questions! There are many many more that could be asked.
Of course Individuals have the absolute right to be involved in multiple endeavours but they also have the responsibility to their existing Employer - one that seemingly has gone by the wayside.
