I think that if you do a little more digging, you will find that Marco is also involved with another company in Seattle where he moved PHOT too......
Sounds like Marco will let PHOT cover most of the day to day bills (Overhead) while his other company enjoys the free rent...

$1.7 Million....Pretty good pay/compensation for what I can see as very little of ANYTHING!!!
