I didn't say it was a pump n Dump "per say" as in it is a pump n dump. What I write is that they are using the classic pump n dump style of dilution, price increase, etc...

I know they are KIND OF a regular company. Problems are the base on which it was made, and the fact that one person holds 95% of the shares in his FAMILY name. Thus an uplisting, price change, and growth only help him, flippers, and the few he gave shares too... Outside of that, it is fine...

YOu can not have any real share change for a long time either since HE alone holds all the shares... If you buy 100K shares and put them up for sale at the listed price, they may or may not sale because they may or may not be buyers...
