I think you're missing the whole picture. Rock creek broke off from STSI who had suspect manage *cough* Mcdonnell *cough* Michael Mullan has been living in Sarasota for years.. My friends went to high school with his son Chris. New management, new ticker. what is you position in this stock if I may ask? I found out about this stock at 50 cents through word of mouth IN TOWN, so I don't know the past as good as you do, but I do know its a entire new book being judged by its old cover.
