Looks like "THEY" picked a, 'TEAM MEMBER'..

This THIRD member was NOT chosen from a list of independent choices, in the manner outlined in the agreement.

He certainly seems to me to be an insider, who will in all likelihood RUBBER STAMP what Lecky decides, and CJ goes along with.
