Today I received the first counter-draft of a definitive agreement back from Noble Metal Kings’s attorney. For the most part, nothing too substantial was counter-proposed and all of the economic deal terms between us remained materially the same. There were a few logistic concerns raised that we’ll need to hammer out, so we are going to sit down Monday across the table and clean it up, together. This means no press until after, so at the earliest Tuesday morning.
