For instance: when SWCC took over the casino(s) in Cripple Creek, they made improvements to those properties they operated as leaseholders of the property. They never owned the casino properties, they were leaseholder/operators. They made significant investments into those properties, but lost all that investment when they could not make their monthly lease payments (or rent).
SWCC does not own any property. SWCC has long been out of business and any assets they may have held were taken by creditors long ago.
