I encourage people to go back and look at the individuals and content of posts beginning May 8 through the end of May, during this time that IMDS knew about the SEC action but the public did not. It is very telling IMO to revisit with the new found disclosure.

It will be interesting to see if the SEC makes IMDS disclose the source of this funding,
