I think ARTR will experience some sort of technical breakout this week. So expect to see some green ahead in the near term.

The next push should take us in the .003 range and up from there after some consolidation. My only hope is management discontinue keeping investors in the dark about the company. Would like to know what are there future plans and projections.

This is a reporting company with timely filings, I just cannot understand what continues to depress the value of the stock. Now is the time to let her run after months of sitting dormant.
