In lawsuit, it would require the initial agreements themselves to be found dysfunctional, which, we cannot guarantee would occur or be seen as fact. If they are expunged in this manner, or as a pre-emptive to prevent a full onslaught from a group of Investors in suit, it still may take until end of 2016 to occur. I think a suit would have a good chance, with as much as I have read on the initial agreements and timeline, but that in no way implies that I am certain of that win.
Otherwise, the only other alternatives as o see them are as follows:
1: wait until 2028 and watch the warrants expire if they have not been exercised.
2: warrants are exercised and thus, more lawsuits may occur based on those damages.
