I am reminded of an incident some years ago when I was trying to negotiate with a lawyer. I cited the law on the subject, and his comment was: "Well, the law is wrong." This is the attitude the Obamanistas seem to have on the constitution and the law. So much for his being a professor of constitutional law. Well, actually for his knowing the subject he supposedly taught.
