BOTH excellent and valid points.

For now, lets just build out NYC and build it well.

The CEO does indeed have a lot of skin in the game. That means he would lose out just like us if a R/S happens.

Not to disparage anyone here, after all this is a stock message and discussion board and we are all free to express our opinions. But Chris is no rookie and i believe he is going about this in what he believes is best for the co in the long run. Sure, all of us want to see the sp keep moving up. We did not, after all, get in the stock for any other reason than to make money.

But i think that many folks get impatient and that is natural because we look at our accounts daily and that is a terrible way to look at anything of value and expect a great return. Whether it be a personal relationship. our own careers/lives, if we think about it everything takes time. We've all grown up over time, yet it took a lot of time to visually notice the difference.

Hang in there folks. There are no guarantees here, but Chris is one of the few people i trust w my money down here long term. If we look at the facts, look at what appears to be happening w out focusing on the sp, we'll all rest a lot easier.

I for one am willing to wait it out. Hell, i've only been here for a few months anyway. No way when investing in something real do i expect a huge return so quickly. But, i do expect a huge return when everything is said and done.

Let's keep moving forward, i think if looked at w a discerning eye and one not so much based on daily fluctuations or even, often, stagnation of the sp it's a lot easier to see and understand what is going on here.

Give it some time, as one would anything else in life where one expects to see growth.

Best of luck to all.
