The Court therefore ORDERS that Matthew Spangler is hereby appointed as receiver to sell the following property subject to published notice in keeping with NMSA 1978, § 39-5-1: 1699932.1 14419X51429 04/24/2014

All intellectual property rights fully or partially owned by Sandia Technologies as of December 27, 2005, related to the following software programs: Tesla-SPR (a.k.a. SPR, SFIRIKE, PDQ-PC); Newton; PDQ-WLR; PDQ-AT; PDQ-Fab; PDQ-WLR Basic Training; Visual Parametric Analyzer

(VPA); Tesla Tools; PDQ Tools; and Prober Server programs (the "Sofware

Property"). The Software Property shall include, but is not limited to:

(i) All versions and all forms of expression thereof, including but not limited to the source code, object code, flow charts, block diagrams, programmer documentation, previous versions, notes, and other documented information (if any) relating to the Software Property;
(ii) All proprietary rights, including copyrights, trade secrets, and inventions contained therein;
(iii) Except as set forth below all existing copies of the Software Property in ST's possession or control, whether in source or object code form, and whether on magnetic, storage media, paper or any other media; and
(iv) Except for the name and mark "Sandia Technologies", all names, marks, logos, and product identification nomenclature used to identify the Software Property.

The Judgment Creditors may, jointly or separately, bid any portion of the Judgment amount in lieu of cash at the property sale.
