Next time I suggest you check into the shell's history too. The chart is mostly paint and once a new entity takes over the shell the relevance of the chart of the old business has minimal relevance to the performance of the new one.

In this case you have a fake UAV company converted to a "holding company" while leaving management intact. The holding company has no funds for holding... PURE CON.
