Hands down agree... common sensw dictates it doesn't require billions trade on larger exchanges. I did however appreciate the post bc I didn't know what the min standards were for each. Pps is what's killing transition. Imo... funding resolves that issue and accelerates pps to 4 minimum possibly... could also take through 2018 get there but I doubt it
