I agree that they are worthless and there was never any filings to update the bylaws for any preferred series after G.

What does your attorney think of the Florida SOS filing regarding decreasing the par value of the series E shares as well as the others including H? Does this not affect the conversion rate? Is not the language in the filing I posted yesterday referring to the fact that they could change the par value of both the preferred and the common shares?
