If you confirmed it then I guess it must be true. I don't understand that given the language in the filings. When purchasing stock, it is never a guarantee you will get a return on your investment. This is the same for preferred stock. I do not see how ARNH can buy back 5 million preferred series E shares at $2.50 per share, let alone at a higher rate. And if you and the others convert the company will have to raise the A/S.

You basically have 2 choices. Convert now and dump/sell in the trips or hold and hope for a R/S one day then convert. The only other option is ARNH rising from the ashes due to value brought into the company without a R/S. The chances of that happening are slim especially considering the A/S is probably just about maxed out at this point.

I only wish the conversion rate would not affect my preferred shares as well. Why is it different for the free preferred shares we were given?
