Ty for the clarification.Thats the way I read and see it.

Its pretty clear Oing sees it that way also.I been going over Doc 91.To me the defense is all over the place its really hiralous.

When you see the lies they make it makes me angry cause I know then they want to continue to damage Intellect all its shareholders (me).

Some of us have been in this for years.Some of us have dam near been destroyed like (me).I take it very personal cause my money is in ILNS and so they are like in a sense screwing me and I done nothing to them in the past not saying Intellect has either.

I said past cause in the future I might not be so forgiving.I might not just speak my anger on some message board to vent.

When anyone even a law abiding person is backed into a corner and they must fight for there life its been my lifes experence they are the worst kind to battle.

If this don't end soon I want just post on some message board.I will do everything legal to take some action and to bring this to the publics attention using whatever media that will sit down being TV,newpapers its don't matter to me.
