I guess it's easier to sell stock and not worry about having a sales and marketing manager. Easy way to get a paycheck and BS your shareholders along the way. Nothing like dragging out a project as long as possible to suck this dry and milk it for every penny raised.

Wonder how those habitat for humanity cards are selling?? Enough to pay for the toilet paper in the church basement?
