Even if they are it's still a strong statement of intent to but it at this level . That's the other way to look at it if ine was so inclined ..

But what do I know !!! Stock holding new level is a positive .. Didn't hit 14 last week as predicted by the board experts .. All in all a good week ..

Hopefully no more than a few weeks away from news ..

I'm sure if news is positive things will hear up a bit but I see the real win down the line when these guys hopefully sell the property for big money
