Mick.....the merger of ONCO-EMS completed months ago. Same principals own the company....Michael and Randy. This merger will ultimately be the financial supporting company for the new cannabis marketplace. But like any business plan, they need capital. I have neither heard not seen any press or any indication that private placement funding has taken place. And since the principals will not invest in any Press.....my belief is that all we have is a lot of talk and no funding to back the talk. So as I stated in my recent earlier post, you have either believe these two guys are really going to deliver a profitable company in 5 years, or sell your position and leave this fairytale in the dust.
