Not sure about the question. The secondary group I'm talking about is not the high trig, low HDL group, but is the group that has had a major cardiac event, an MI, CABG surgery, poorly controlled angina etc. This is the distinction between primary (no history of events) and secondary treatment.

OT..I do like Shakespear and had a patient who was an author who wrote a book on his plays, one interesting point was there was a lot of audience participation and sexual innuendo.
