Wow.... really 37 billion... thats up there with ECDC and GARB... way too high of authorized shares... their gonna dilute... wash, rinse, repeat!!.. all pennies scams... some just turn into good scams.. :).. at least try something with a low float and a chart on an uptrend.. like FTEG.. :)
