I don't care about the time.. Medicine is an inexact science this is not engenirring, where if you need , let's say 100 tons of steel to make a bridge this is exactly what you need ,in medicine we have to much variables ..so I really don't care if it's August the 10th or the 31 first....I now sooner or later will be on the right track.....
