Whatever it is it's under the umbrella of the contract. Besides, if Pfizer really wanted to terminate the contract they could have done so very easily. But they goofed really big, and not even a ny state judge is falling for it, at least the way I read it. Intellect has all leverage. It's either all or nothing. As long as price continues to trend I have no problem adding to my position.
