What would it matter if they are the same company? IMO it will be FLTT and not AXLX but I'm only guessing. Remember FLTT was a AMEX listed company and only delisted imo so Vincent could pay off debt by DUMPING shares and now FLTT is self sufficient on a day-to-day basis with no need for additional capital. Now IMO if AXLX merges with FLTT they can uplist to the NYSE MKT.
