Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far.
Here's a rough of the list of questions I have collected and would like to pose to Russell myself. Please feel free to post or message me any criticisms, and any questions or concerns I may have missed. I'm all ears.
Probably let this marinade for the weekend and Monday, and then call Tuesday. Happens to work out perfect with what I have going on next week.
I really feel like I'm missing some, so please don't hesitate to let me know if I am. Thanks ahead of time for the help.
Here is a list of the questions I would like to ask Russell Smith
1. Who is VPR, and why the discretion on disclosing exactly who they are? Are they
a Canadian based outfit, or are they based in the states?
2. Has Deer Park acquired anymore land for future hemp or cannabis projects?
3. What plans are in place to grow the company.
4. When will our seed to sale software be complete, and who do you expect will
use it, and at what cost will the software be available for purchase.
5. Are there any plans of hiring a PR firm?
6. How concerned are you with the current pps?
7. How much debt does the company currently have, and what plans are in place
to resolve those debts?
8. Who is AB AGRO? Do they have an affiliation with or are they Associated British
Foods?
9. Who is Discovery Venture LTD?
10. Has DSCR been approached by anyone as a potential takeover target?
11. Is the mobile CBD oil extraction process a patented process? If so, is it
a technology that can be marketed, and sold?
12. What happened that changed the acquisition of VPR into a JV. What is the
nature of our relationship with VPR, and how do we compliment each other.
13. Can we expect more videos of the crop, and now that we're nearly a month
from the official seeding, can you predict when the crop will come to fruition.
14. In regards to the last update, why project such conservative numbers?
15. Does DSCR own any land in the states that could be potentially used for the
cultivation of hemp or cannabis yet?
16. What is the split with AB AGRO?
17. Are we solely focused on Hemp and Cannabis now? Any intention to change
the name and or ticker symbol?
18. Has the website garnered any interest from any potential future hemp farmers.
19. Florida, I've heard it is a very exclusive and rigorous process to get properly
licensed to grow medicine out there. How is the potential JV going, are they
still in the running as a potential license holder? DSCR seems to have quite a
vast network of contacts. How is it we were able to stake an interest in Florida
in the first place? From Nevada, to Canada, to California, to Florida, to South
Africa DSCR seems to be able to cover a lot of ground.
20. Hard not to notice Russells accent when speaking with him. I'm not a well
traveled guy but I think he is Austrailian. I am certainly not trying to be
offensive, but I'm curious wether or not Discovery will stake an interest down
under.
21. The last update contained a market price for CBD oil in both Euros and Dollars.
Why does this peak my interest, do we have international contacts, contracts, or
interest yet?
22. DSCR and Russell no doubt should be well versed and up to date on everything
that pertains to hemp and cannabis globally. After all that is the primary focus of
the company now, right? With that said, when do they believe the US will finally
reschedule cannabis? What plans does discovery have to start cropping in the
states?
23. Any new developments in precious metals and mining?
24. Why did the updates stop coming out of Reno, and start coming out of
Marina Del Rey, California?
25. What business if any do we have in California?
26. Has DSCR been approached by any of the other hemp company's who are still
trying to obtain their cultivation license?
27. Having been granted a license from Health Canada for hemp cultivation, is it
likely that it will be easier at this point for Discovery to obtain a license to also
grow medical marijuana in Canada?
28. The VPR deal has shareholders including myself questioning the overall
transparency of the company right now. What can be said about this?
29. Would Russell be open to hosting a conference call with shareholders?
