Even if there is a delay, I believe they will follow through on this. Something outside of their control could hold them up, like CSE. This is an awesome penny stock company and they have a lot going for them which will pay off for the investors. I think the B.E.A.C.O.N. technolgy will surprise us all. WNTR!
