Big difference in this case and the other.It will be factual at some point Pfizer breached the contract they have with Intellect (ILNS) either by court ruling summary judgement or jury verdict.

I still expect a settlement.ILNS gets a huge check from Pfizer and the terms will be (confidential) and Pfizer will not admit fault openly maybe confidentially but not openly.

That way that don't get sued to hell and back from pissed off Intellect shareholders.Maybe wrong thats just the way I see it unfolding.

The only way we ever have any clue is when they file the quarter results like a 8k or 10Q showing ex amout.

Once I settled myself a malpractice claim for myself.They paid ex dollars and there was no admission of guilt or fault.I signed a confidential release a list of names almost 2 paragraphs long I did not even know these people.In that list were afflicates,associates many businness names ect. and I was only looking at one person that done the wrong to me.
