The CEO of a corporation has a responsibility to shareholders. If, he, like you say is treating this like a pet project, he needs to resign immediately and let someone who actually wants to work on this project take over. If his family name was so important, he would not do such a pathetic and inept job with SRSR. 7 years of nothing but misleading PRs, failures and lack of follow up on his numerous failures.
